Job Description

This role involves managing properties and supporting residents to live independent lives. You will be responsible for letting properties, managing rent accounts, dealing with anti-social behaviour and ensuring repairs are carried out. As part of this role, you will also be required to listen to residents and address issues before they become complaints.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in housing or care.
  • Able to work with vulnerable client groups.

The salary for this role is up to £26,707 per annum pro rata, depending on experience.
