About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Director to join our team at Major Players | B Corp™. As a key member of our account management team, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster Strong Client Relationships: Develop and maintain robust relationships with senior client stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Strategic Initiative Development: Spearhead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that align with both the client's business goals and our agency's vision.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with our creative team to ensure all deliverables are innovative, on-brand, and adhere to the highest quality standards.
  • Industry Expertise: Utilize your extensive knowledge of the insurance sector to provide strategic insights and guide campaign development.
  • Interpersonal Excellence: Leverage your strong interpersonal abilities to manage expectations, communicate effectively, and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a senior account management role, preferably within a creative agency or similar environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the B2B high-risk insurance sector.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders, particularly the client's Marketing Director and other senior leaders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Exceptional strategic thinking and creative problem-solving capabilities.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organisation.
  • Workload Management: Proficiency in managing workloads across multiple locations in a hybrid work environment.
