About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Business Manager to join our team at Prospect Health. As a Pharmacy Business Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our pharmacy branch, ensuring that all aspects of the business are operating efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the pharmacy business to maximise its profitability in line with annual budgets and KPIs.
  • Control costs and stock, ensuring all colleagues operate in line with business requirements and initiatives.
  • Ensure all colleagues comply with operational guidance, SOPs, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous UK pharmacy management experience is essential.
  • Dispensing qualification or experience preferred.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.

What We Offer:

  • 4 weeks annual leave.
  • Company Pension.
  • Flexible full-time hours between 8.30am and 7pm, Monday to Saturday.
