Your Role
As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for setting the standard of what a brilliant pharmacy 'looks and feels like' from an operational perspective. You will work in partnership with your pharmacy healthcare team to deliver the pharmacy strategy through care conversations with customers and patients, providing expert advice throughout. You will be accountable for professional pharmacy legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy. You will actively support the development, education, and training of colleagues, building pharmacy capability of store teams. You will conduct regular reviews, audits, and risk assessments to protect patient and public safety. You will work to deliver world-class professional services – personally and through the pharmacy team.
