Job Title: Facilities Management Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working within Facilities Management and will be responsible for planning PPMs, tracking further works, and supporting both admin and management in areas required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and implementing PPMs to ensure the smooth operation of facilities
  • Tracking and managing further works to ensure timely completion
  • Providing administrative support to both admin and management teams
  • Raising permits and scheduling engineers as required
  • Communicating with clients and engineers via various customer platforms

Requirements:

  • Facility in Math and English
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in customer service and purchasing and finance
  • 2-3 years of experience in relevant fields
