Job Title: Facilities Management Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working within Facilities Management and will be responsible for planning PPMs, tracking further works, and supporting both admin and management in areas required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementing PPMs to ensure the smooth operation of facilities
- Tracking and managing further works to ensure timely completion
- Providing administrative support to both admin and management teams
- Raising permits and scheduling engineers as required
- Communicating with clients and engineers via various customer platforms
Requirements:
- Facility in Math and English
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in customer service and purchasing and finance
- 2-3 years of experience in relevant fields
