Homelessness Support Specialist

Sanctuary Supported Living is recruiting for a Homelessness Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide intensive support to individuals who have experienced homelessness, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
The salary for this position is approximately £27,000 - £32,500 per year, depending on experience. Based on a 37.5 hour working week, the hourly rate is £13.68.
As a Homelessness Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality support services to customers
- Working closely with customers, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
- Identifying and addressing potential risks or challenges faced by customers
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Experience of working with homeless individuals or similar vulnerable groups
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
