About the Role

This Part Time Support Practitioner role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team of overnight responders in Lochgilphead. As a key member of our service, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide high-quality support to individuals with varying needs.

Responsibilities:

  • To work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing person-centered support to individuals with complex needs.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • To participate in on-call rotas and respond to emergencies as required.

Requirements

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, nursing, psychology).
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults or children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
