Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Support Practitioner to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be supporting individuals with their daily life routine, as per their support plan. This may involve meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
You will work collaboratively with individuals to achieve their goals and maintain their independence. Our Care at Home service focuses on enabling people to lead good quality lives in their own homes.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the UK or ability to apply for a relevant visa.
- No requirement for sponsorship from Carr Gomm.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
