Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Overnight Responder Team Member with Carr Gomm, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and effective responses to emergencies
- Conducting thorough risk assessments and creating personalized support plans
- Fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
You will work closely with our Lochgilphead service team to deliver exceptional support that enables individuals to maintain their independence and dignity.
Requirements and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will require:
- A relevant qualification in social care or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
