Carr Gomm is a leading provider of home care services, offering flexible hour opportunities for Care and Support Professionals to join our team in Lochgilphead.

As a Care and Support Professional, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized support to enable them to maintain their quality of life. This will involve assisting with daily routines, such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care, as well as other aspects of their daily life.

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can build strong relationships with clients and their families. You will also need to be flexible, working varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients.

We estimate that this role will pay approximately £24,000 per year, based on 37.5 hours worked per week. Please note that we welcome applications from candidates who already hold the right to work in the UK or those who can apply for a visa granting permission to work in the UK.
