About the Role

Citrus Recruit is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a busy entrepreneurial organization. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the CEO's property portfolio, handling tenant inquiries, and providing administrative support for the CEO's personal and professional life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Portfolio Management: Assist the CEO in managing the lettings portfolio, including dealing with invoices, reconciling payments, and responding to tenant inquiries.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
  • Personal Assistant: Assist the CEO with personal errands, such as collecting shopping, dry cleaning, and other tasks as needed.
  • Office Assistant: Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements
  • Full Driving Licence: A valid full driving licence is required for this role.
  • Flexibility: The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential.
  • Task Management: The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities is crucial.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with the CEO and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to think critically and solve problems independently is essential.
