Breast Imaging Department Assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated Breast Imaging Department Assistant to join our team at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a valued member of our team, you will provide critical support to the Breast Imaging department, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
You will be responsible for handling confidential medical information, using various systems such as NBSS/CRIS/TRAKCARE/BS SELECT. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent administration and communication skills, with the ability to manage workload under supervision.
Working alongside our experienced team and collaborating with specialists within the breast unit, you will contribute to delivering a high-quality service to over 100,000 women served by the National Breast Screening Programme for Gloucestershire.
A minimum Grade C (4) GCSE in English & Maths is required, along with evidence of further training. Proficiency in Microsoft Packages and knowledge of Medical Terminology are also essential.
Competitive Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
