About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered A&E Nurse to join our team at East Cheshire NHS Trust. As a key member of our emergency department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying and prioritizing those requiring immediate attention.
- Conduct thorough assessments, taking a detailed history and performing physical examinations to inform diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, providing clear and concise information to promote understanding and cooperation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.

Person Specification:
We are looking for a Registered A&E Nurse with a minimum of 6 months paid experience in an A&E hospital environment within the last 3 years. You will need to provide evidence of NMC registration and a degree or diploma in nursing. A strong understanding of emergency care principles and practices is essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
