Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Specialist in Complex Needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering occupational therapy interventions, with a focus on supporting individuals with mental health conditions.

This role involves working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess and address the occupational performance of service users. You will also participate in clinical supervision, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and engage with patients, families, and carers to ensure person-centered care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving referrals, triaging, and prioritizing occupational therapy interventions
  • Completing evidence-based assessments and developing occupational plans
  • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to decision-making processes
  • Leading on service improvement initiatives and promoting best practice

The estimated salary for this role is £37,338 to £44,962 per annum pro rata, based on experience and qualifications.
