School Support Assistant - SEN

This challenging yet rewarding role requires an empathetic and proactive individual to provide dedicated support to students with SEN in a Hull-based school.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to students with SEN, adapting to their individual needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to design and implement effective support plans, incorporating input from therapists and specialist professionals.
  • Establish strong relationships with students, building trust and promoting social inclusion.
  • Assist with daily routines and activities, facilitating access to education and enhancing the overall learning experience.
  • Engage with parents and carers, maintaining open lines of communication and sharing student progress.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supporting students with SEN, ideally in a school or similar setting.

Compensation Package:

This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive daily rate of £90-£98 per day, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
