Are you a seasoned recruitment professional with a passion for identifying and acquiring top technical talent? We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in London, UK. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for driving the hiring strategy for critical technical roles across our organization.

In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to source, attract, and hire exceptional candidates while enhancing our company's reputation as an employer of choice in the tech space. With a hybrid work model offering 4 days remote per week, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of technical roles, including software engineers, cloud architects, DevOps specialists, and data scientists.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to identify hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier technical talent, leveraging job boards, professional networks, direct sourcing, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Evaluate and improve candidate experience through regular feedback and assessment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within a fast-growing e-commerce or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for complex technical roles, including engineering, cloud, and data science positions.
  • Strong understanding of the tech talent market and sourcing strategies across multiple geographies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
