Key Responsibilities of Senior Sous Chef

  • Direct the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring optimal productivity and menu execution.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, maintaining compliance with HACCP standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop menus that meet profitability targets and satisfy customer expectations.
  • Oversee the preparation of dishes to exceptional standards, utilizing fresh ingredients and emphasizing quality control.
  • Develop and train the kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to drive kitchen initiatives and ensure seamless operations.

About the Role

The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen's day-to-day operations, ensuring a consistent and high-quality culinary product. This role requires strong leadership skills, a focus on menu execution, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
