About the Role

The Shaw Trust is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Support Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for empowering participants to achieve sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex caseload of participants to facilitate their transition into employment.
  • Broker and sustain exceptional relationships with employers, community organizations, and stakeholders to promote the benefits of work.
  • Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, prioritizing your workload and demonstrating exceptional time management skills to achieve KPI and target expectations.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to provide exceptional customer progression routes and support participants in achieving their goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 GSCEs (A to C) or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong track record of successfully working to targets and KPIs.
  • Experience of working with external stakeholders in providing exceptional customer progression routes.
  • Understanding of and positive attitude towards mental and physical health, community and social inclusion, and a strengths and assets-based approach to engaging participants.
