Main Responsibilities- Provide holistic care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in the supervision and teaching of untrained staff, promoting good communication and relationships between staff, patients, relatives, and visitors.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment, promoting good practice and adhering to policies and procedures.
- Teaching and assessing qualification.
- Experience within an acute care setting, preferably in a Paediatric Assessment Unit.
- Standard keyboard skills and knowledge of a number of IT packages, such as Word, PAS, and E-rostering.
- Manchester triage training.
