Job Summary:

Service Care Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Residential Support Worker to lead our team in providing exceptional care and support to children in our residential home in Worthing. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring the welfare and safety of each child, while also supervising and mentoring designated team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake a lead role in ensuring the care and welfare of each child in placement
Supervise and mentor designated team members, recording supervision in the Supervision Sheet on the member of staff's file
Plan, manage and lead shifts to ensure children are kept safe and engaged throughout the day
Ensure the Placement Plan for each child is followed and adhered to at all times

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce
At least 2 years' experience within residential childcare and working alongside young people
Passport to Manage training to allow you to get to your Level 5
