Travel Team Leader Opportunity

We're a dynamic and innovative company, Love2shop, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our travel department, you will be responsible for leading a team of travel experts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the travel team, ensuring seamless delivery of travel services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management and external suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, ensuring the team has the necessary knowledge and skills to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Manage and authorize staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of travel products and services, working closely with the sales team to drive business growth.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, resolving complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the travel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of travel bookings, packages, and administration systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the UK travel market and industry trends.
