We are seeking an experienced CQC Compliance Specialist to join our team at London Care Support Services UK Ltd.

About the Role:

In this strategic position, you will ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, manage business development initiatives, and develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of care services, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Lead business development efforts by identifying growth opportunities, building partnerships, and managing tender submissions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, local authorities, and other key stakeholders to drive service quality and reputation.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial performance aligns with business goals.
  • Local Authority relationship management
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a care management role, with proven experience in business development and liaison with local authority.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to grow and sustain high-quality care services.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include competitive salary, career development opportunities, and additional benefits where applicable.
