You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education and support to patients and their families. li>Key Responsibilities:/li>ul>li>Assess and treat patients with a range of conditions, including respiratory and musculoskeletal disorders/li>li>Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the patient's physical, emotional, and social needs/li>li>Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery/li>li>Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting independence and self-management/li>/ul>p>If you are a motivated and experienced physiotherapist looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
