Physiotherapist Opportunity in South London

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our Therapy Inpatients team at an NHS Trust in South London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve patients' physical function.
  • Collaborate with the IP Medicine Therapies Team and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality physiotherapy care to inpatients.
  • Design and implement rehabilitation programs to optimize mobility and support patient recovery.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on exercises, self-management, and lifestyle changes to support continued rehabilitation.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Band 6 Physiotherapist with a strong background in inpatient physiotherapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients.
  • Strong knowledge of physiotherapy principles and practices, with a focus on rehabilitation and patient-centered care.
