About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our team at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a specialist physiotherapist, you will work in the acute inpatient setting, providing high-quality care to patients with diverse presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to develop and deliver individualized treatment programs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, using verbal and non-verbal strategies, to gain informed consent and progress treatment.
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and other agencies to ensure effective communication and planning of patient care.

Person Specification
  • Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy
  • HCPC registration
