Aircraft Compliance Officer

CV Library is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our dynamic and expanding financial services provider in St Albans. As a Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our business meets all regulatory requirements, including FCA obligations, Data Protection, Fraud Prevention, and Consumer Duty Basic Principles.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective compliance procedures to ensure regulatory engagement and monitoring activity.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on Compliance and AML oversight, Data Protection, and regulatory returns.
- Contribute to the Compliance Monitoring Plan to analyze our compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain the company's Breach Register, ensuring breaches are reported and completed to a high standard.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Financial Services, preferably in the Investment and Life Protection sectors, with at least 3 years in Compliance.
- Appropriate qualifications in financial services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strategic relationships.
- Sound and proportionate judgment, with a commercial outlook.
- Awareness of the FCA handbook and Data Protection.
