About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Strategist to join our team at ReallyMoving. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive search engine optimization (SEO) strategy to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for our websites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute SEO Strategy: Create and implement a robust SEO strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct Competitor and Content Audits: Regularly analyze our competitors and content to identify opportunities for improvement and develop prioritized recommendations for implementation.
  • Optimize Website Content: Plan and implement various content improvements and page optimizations across our websites to improve user experience and search engine rankings.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Use tools and resources to consistently monitor market and competitor trends, track performance, and analyze data to inform further optimisations.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute cross-functional campaigns that drive links, brand awareness, and qualified traffic to our websites.
  • Manage Organic Keyword Portfolios: Identify, curate, and manage organic keyword portfolios for both websites to improve search engine rankings and drive relevant traffic.
  • Lead and Motivate Team: Lead and motivate a small in-house SEO & content team to drive data-driven research, ideation, and content creation.
Requirements
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Prioritize audience needs in the SEO strategy.
  • SEO Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain SEO reporting and analytics to feed insights and analysis back into the strategy.
  • Passion for SEO Trends: Stay up-to-date with current and emerging SEO trends, including AI, SGE, and EEAT.
  • Significant SEO Experience: Proven experience with on/off-page SEO, including link acquisition methods and proficiency in SEO analytics tools.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills, with experience collaborating cross-teams at all levels.
  • Project and Stakeholder Management: Effective project and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on delivering outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Solid experience and proven track record of leading and motivating teams.
