Job Description:

We are seeking an Empathetic Support Specialist to join our team in East Fife. As a Support Practitioner, you will work closely with individuals who require support with daily living tasks, personal care, and independence promotion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Support: Assist individuals in engaging with their communities by planning and attending outings to various clubs and leisure activities.
  • Medical Support: Administer and monitor medication as required.
  • Practical Support: Help individuals maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily household tasks such as general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping.

As a Bank Support Practitioner, you may be expected to work weekends, shift patterns, and sleepovers if required. Your responsibilities will depend on the needs of the individuals you support.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a driving licence. You will also require the ability to work flexibly and provide high-quality support to our service users.
