Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Care Worker to join our team at Real Life Options in Sheffield, Derbyshire. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualised support to adults with varying conditions such as learning disabilities, Autism, mental health, and physical conditions.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will work full-time shifts, including evenings, sleepovers, nights, and weekends. Sleep-in shifts are essential. Previous experience is desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities- Support adults to live as independently as possible by assisting with personal care, budgeting, shopping, medication, cooking, cleaning, attending appointments, and engaging in community activities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong values, be passionate about supporting others, and be flexible with your working hours. You should also be able to communicate effectively and be reliable in your duties.
