**Job Description:** Youth Care Worker

We are currently looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Youth Care Worker in Sheffield, UK.

**Estimated Salary:** £17,000 - £23,000 per annum

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to work with children and young adults with challenging behaviors and be committed to delivering high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing direct care and support to children and young adults with challenging behavior.
  2. Assisting clients with daily living tasks and promoting independence.
  3. Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the team.
  4. Maintaining accurate records of client progress and behavior patterns.
  5. Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to decision-making processes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience working with children and young adults in the UK.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to care and support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly as part of a dynamic team.
