Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care and daily activities to promote independence and well-being
- Provide respite care to carers, enabling them to take a break and recharge
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver person-centred care and support
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of our clients
Requirements:
- Right to live and work in the UK
- Full valid driving licence and access to a car (business use)
- Residing in the Belfast area
- Previous caring experience (desirable)
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate (£12-£12.40 per hour)
- Mileage allowance of 25p per mile (up to £1 per hour)
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
- A supportive and collaborative team environment
