Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care and Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults and children in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide respite care, including sitting services, befriending, and taking clients out, to encourage socialisation.
  • Support service users with domestic and social duties, as outlined in their person-centred care plan.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support services.

Requirements:

  • Right to live and work in the UK.
  • Full valid driving licence, access to a car, and willingness to obtain business use.
  • Residing in the Belfast area.
