Home Care Support Worker

About the Role
We are seeking a caring and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their daily living needs, including personal care, medication management, and household tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
- Support clients with medication management and administration
- Assist clients with household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and social support to clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition or safety concerns

Requirements
- GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
- Experience working in a care or support role
