About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Customer Service Manager - Print and Communications to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and account management to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Provide expert advice on postal services and products to clients.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in direct mail fulfilment and postage account management.
  • In-depth knowledge of postal services and products across DSA and Royal Mail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
What We Offer

This role offers a competitive salary range of £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work with a reputable company in the industry, gain valuable skills and experience, and be part of a dynamic team.
