**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced Group Finance Director to join our senior management team and support us through a period of significant growth and change.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategy, as well as producing and delivering financial information at both individual site and Group level.

This is a challenging and high-profile role that requires a practical, hands-on finance professional with the ability to tackle fundamental operational issues and develop long-term business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement financial strategy
  • Produce and deliver financial information at both individual site and Group level
  • Oversee the development of financial and strategic planning systems

**Requirements**

  • Professionally qualified (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Computer literate
  • Experience in a fast-moving, customer-focused manufacturing/service environment
  • Able to anticipate and meet changing business needs

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary of £100,000 per annum, pro rata, plus bonus and benefits.
