About the Role

As Senior Financial Strategist, you will lead the team that owns the financial planning, analysis, and reporting process. You will develop challenging yet achievable annual business plans, create actionable business insights from financial analysis, and maintain a rolling forecast of volume, revenue, and expense. Your expertise will be essential in supporting profitable growth in our UK Express Courier business, understanding value drivers, and communicating financial aspects as a member of our UK pricing committee.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred). With at least 5 years of experience in a financial management position, you should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, leadership skills, and technical commercial F&A skills. CIMA/ACCA certification is preferred but not required. We offer training and support for those who can demonstrate necessary technical skills.
