Job Title: Head of Programmes, Strategy and Improvement

At Hatched Recruitment Group, we are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Head of Programmes, Strategy and Improvement in our Adult Social Care department.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Adult Social Care Improvement Programme. As the Head of Programmes, Strategy and Improvement, you will play a crucial role in driving improvement priorities and ensuring the effective delivery of our Adult Social Care Vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Corporate Director, Directors, elected members, and other senior managers in responding to key strategic challenges and influencing organisational strategies.
  • Embed change and improvements within the context of the new CQC Local Authority inspection framework.
  • Develop and deliver strategies for our communities, enhancing resident voice and influence.
  • Lead an effective Programme Management function within the Adult Social Care Directorate.
  • Support the development and delivery of the Adult Social Care improvement priority projects.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong track record in programme management and improvement. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving improvement priorities and ensuring the effective delivery of our Adult Social Care Vision. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for improvement, we would love to hear from you.
