Adult Social Care Improvement Programme Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Adult Social Care Improvement Programme Manager to join our Departmental Management Team in Adult Social Care. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering on our vision for Adult Social Care, working closely with the Corporate Director, Directors, elected members, and other senior managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Corporate Director and Directors in responding to key strategic challenges and influencing organisational strategies.
  • Lead on developing partnership networks and relationships to improve wellbeing outcomes for residents and strengthen collaborative working and integration.
  • Facilitate joint working across the sub-region and region in relation to projects and services that affect our residents and people who use our services.
  • Create and deliver strategies for our communities, enhancing resident voice and influence.
  • Lead an effective Programme Management function within the Adult Social Care Directorate, providing strong and motivational leadership to the ASC Improvement Team.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in programme management, adult social care, and partnership development. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
