Personal Care Support Worker

At Care In My Home, we are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Support Worker to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to make a positive impact in the lives of others by providing support and care to our wonderful clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with light cleaning, laundry, shopping, meal preparation, medication management, personal care, and other daily tasks.
- Support clients with medical appointments, day centers, and social activities.
- A genuine desire to care for and respect elderly and vulnerable individuals.
- Reliability, flexibility, hard work, and honesty.
- Good communication skills and a good sense of humour.
- Good teamwork skills.
- A valid driver's license and access to a car.
- Flexible hours that suit your needs.
- Competitive rates of pay, including enhanced rates for bank holidays.
- Exceptional support from our office staff and existing care assistants.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,500 per annum, depending on experience and location. We believe this to be an attractive offer, given the flexibility and rewards it provides.
