Clinical Leadership Opportunity



We are seeking an experienced Diagnostic Imaging Lead to join our client's team in Bedfordshire. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and fantastic benefits.



As a Diagnostic Imaging Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a small General Radiography Team and aiding in their training and development. You will ensure high-quality, responsive Diagnostic Imaging services are delivered to meet the needs of all customers and the business.



Key Responsibilities


  • To lead and manage a small General Radiography Team, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve Diagnostic Imaging services, ensuring they meet the needs of customers and the business.
  • To work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, monitoring and evaluating the performance of the team and making recommendations for improvement.
  • To stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.


Requirements


  • A degree or diploma in Diagnostic Radiography.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare service sector and the systems and processes used.
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a Diagnostic Imaging environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with excellent time management skills.
