About This Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Plant Technician Leader to join our team at Demob Job Ltd in Chesterfield. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing maintenance support across our site, working with electrical systems and equipment.

The Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on electro-mechanical systems, including electrical fault-finding and mechanical repairs.
  • Work collaboratively with on-site management to ensure smooth repair and maintenance progression.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and identify areas for improvement.
The Requirements
  • An NVQ level 3 qualification in electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills, with ability to read and interpret engineering diagrams.
  • A strong understanding of electrical circuit diagrams, PLCs, and 415V motor controls.
