Job Overview

This role is responsible for monitoring critical network alerts and ensuring the successful transmission of encrypted data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely incident response and resolution within Service Desk environment
  • Maintain knowledge of Microsoft Suite and provide excellent customer service skills
  • Familiarise with shift patterns and experience of Incident Management
  • Monitor and report on system performance using ServiceNow or similar tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence
Requirements:
  • Active SC clearance
  • Proven Operational Engineering background
  • ITIL Service Management certification
