Job Description:

We are seeking a Residential Care Worker to join our team in Kings Lynn. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and support, with a focus on promoting independence and enabling individuals to reach their full potential.

Vacancies available:

  • Part-time Days
  • The salary for this role is approximately £11.85 per hour, with a 10% weekend enhancement, making the total hourly rate £13.00.
  • For this position, it is essential to hold a full manual driving licence and be willing to drive company vehicles as required.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualities:

  • A valid driving licence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting individuals with complex needs
  • An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and data protection
