About the Role
We are seeking a Sheltered Scheme Cleaner to join our team and contribute to the delivery of tenant-focused services in our sheltered housing schemes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our tenants are provided with a safe and clean environment in compliance with health and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean designated areas to approved standards.
- Monitor facilities and report any incidents, such as repairs to equipment or stock requirements.
- Secure premises at the end of each shift.
- Ensure that health and safety procedures are followed, including the use of personal protective equipment.
