Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

About the Role:
The Chef de Partie will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and will play a key role in the success of our hotel's culinary offerings. Your duties will include assisting with menu planning, food preparation, and presentation, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Participate in menu planning and food preparation activities
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience working in a similar position, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting. You should also possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In addition, you will need to be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
