Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our friendly team in Thorpe St Andrews. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will work closely with residents to provide individualized care and support, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks
  • Work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and care provided
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting respect and empathy towards all individuals

Requirements

To be successful as a Personal Care Assistant, you will need:

  • A full manual driving license and willingness to drive accessible vehicles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues
  • An empathetic and patient approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
  • The ability to work flexibly, including alternate weekends and varied shift patterns
