Job Title: CCTV Retail Security Officer

Consortio Security is seeking an experienced CCTV Retail Security Officer to join our team. As a CCTV Retail Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our clients' properties and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor CCTV footage to detect and prevent potential security threats
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the security and safety of staff, visitors, and assets
  • Control access and egress to the site, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access
  • Book staff and visitors onto the site, ensuring that all necessary security protocols are followed
  • Manage parcels and deliveries, ensuring that all security procedures are adhered to
  • Provide first aid and emergency response in the event of an incident
  • Conduct fire evacuation and testing procedures, ensuring that all necessary protocols are followed
  • Coordinate the safe movement of staff and visitors on site
  • Manage incidents and report any security breaches to management
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a security role, preferably in a retail or CCTV environment
  • Active SIA license
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
