You will be responsible for developing and communicating a strategic vision for engineering management systems, defining long-term roadmaps, and directing a team of technical experts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing engineering standards and procedures.
  • Leading the creation and deployment of new engineering standards and procedures.
  • Managing a team of technical experts to support global sites with identifying cost-effective opportunities for improvement and reducing operational risks.

Requirements for the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or approved equivalent discipline.
  • Significant experience working in a chemical, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, steel, or other process-related manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading the creation and deployment of new engineering standards and procedures.

Estimated salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Benefits include bonus, excellent pension contributions, and 25 days annual leave.
