Role Overview
We are seeking a Freelance Instructor to join our team, responsible for delivering fitness classes that cater to different fitness levels and goals. As a Freelance Instructor, you will be part of a dynamic team that fosters a positive and motivating atmosphere, ensuring our guests and members have the best gym experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging workout sessions that cater to different fitness levels and goals.
- Manage groups of varying sizes and fitness levels, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
- Use positive reinforcement and encouragement to motivate guests and members, building strong relationships to identify their preferences and challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and incorporate new techniques to maintain a professional demeanour and adhere to gym policies and standards.
Requirements
- Possess a Level 2 qualification in Gym Instruction.
- Proven track record of leading group fitness classes.
- Display enthusiasm and a positive attitude with members and help achieve their fitness goals.
- Provide outstanding service to all gym members and guests.
