We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join our team at Eden Hall Day Spa. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective fitness classes that cater to different fitness levels and goals.
Your primary role will be to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests and members, while ensuring all exercises are performed with proper form to prevent injuries.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver group fitness classes that cater to different fitness levels and goals.
- Manage groups of varying sizes and fitness levels, ensuring a positive and motivating atmosphere.
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and incorporate new techniques into your classes.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to gym policies and standards.
- Possess a Level 2 qualification in Gym Instruction.
- Proven track record of leading group fitness classes.
- Display enthusiasm and a positive attitude with members and help achieve their fitness goals.
